Dota 2, also know as Defense of the Ancients 2 is an online multiplayer battle arean video game and sequel to the Warcraft III Reign of Chaos mod, Dota. It is a stand alone, free to play game developed by flash and available on their Steam digitial distribution platform.
In Dota 2, players are put on two teams of five heroes as they fight against each other trying to destroy their opponents base by breaking through various defenses. The game includes dozens of heroes to choose from each with unique powers and abilities.
The game also includes a wide array of weapons, items and potions that can be used during game play to assist players in their goal.
